Small, but perfect, Osmosis is wowing Barcelona’s restaurant goers with its creative and elaborate Spanish cuisine

Osmosis is a great little restaurant offering creative Spanish and Catalan cuisine and is an exciting new addition to the restaurant scene of Barcelona. The design here is modern and minimalist, with an elegance that creates a perfect harmony with the elaborately created cuisine. This little gem is run by Frederic Fernandez, whose Catalan roots can be seen throughout his wonderful dishes, clearly demonstrating the exceptional gastronomical moment the region is currently experiencing. The dishes are exquisitely presented at Osmosis, it is clear that the chef is a perfectionist as dishes are like small works of art. The menu is a creative mix of Catalan and Mediterranean inspired fusions with starters such as millefeuille of tomato and Iberian ham with a garlic cream and mains like monkfish with Iberian panceta, red pontiak puree, 5 peppers and basil. There is a fantastic wine list of mostly Spanish wines to accompany such delecatble food. There is an incredibly priced set lunch menu available during the week at 21 Euros which is well worth trying. Osmosis is a real find, and is sure to be one of those restaurant experiences that you’ll never forget.
